Blog Feature for Kinderstampo Guest Design Team

Hi, today is my turn to feature something for Kinderstampo :) Visit http://www.kinderstampo.com for more wonderful stamps and products!!!

I will share a little bit on how to create different cards with one just one stamp. Yes...you can do it too. The cards also happen to be one of the projects that I submitted for the Kinderstampo Guest Design Team. These are the things to take note:

1) Use double-sided paper. The paper company have already sorted out the matching of colours for you.

2) Use kraft cardstock. My favourite colour. You can't go wrong with this colour.

3) Use lace, twine, paper flowers, to add texture to your cards.

4) Take out your punches and punch away....the punch outs add the final little touches to the card.

5) Use generic stamps that can be used all year round. The stamp that I used, "Warmest Wishes" is actually from a Christmas Stamp Set.

Have U started making your xmas cards????

I started with 3 last weekend....nothing too fanciful. Just something simple...just paper and glue, plus some inks and stamps. Will continue to make more these weekend :)

Crafting in a busy world......

These days, my life is CRAZY!!!! Busy at work and with moving to a new place.... How do you find time to squeeze crafting into your busy world??? For me, I like to use my favourite supplies, like stamps, some buttons, ribbons and inks to create cards. Nothing too fanciful but at the end of the day, it still brings a smile to my face :)Have a look at my cards....What is your next project??? Why not try making cards?? It's fun and QUICK!!!

Hi, this september, I will spend some time to upload some of my previous creations that I did not upload before. This is created some time back as a wedding present for my friend. It contains pictures from my tertiary school years. Such memories are priceless! I must create a similar one for myself one day....now where did I place those photos??? Are there any photos that you want to scrap about yourself???

Meet the KinderStampO Guest Design Team Blog Hop

Guess what, I made it to the KinderStampO Guest Design Team! I am super excited as this is the 1st time that I try for a design team. For more wonderful stamps and information on KinderStampO, visit http://www.kinderstampo.com

Now, I will share some insights on these few words, Live, Craft, Inspire (these words happen to be KinderStampO's motto, isn't that cool!!!)

Live: I live in Singapore,a country with sunny weather all year round!! I started making cards in my teens and moved on to scrapbooking in 2007. I am a registered nurse by training, working in the operating room for the past 13 years. I love how crafting helps me to relive the stress from work.

Craft: I love to do altered projects, mini albums and of course, making cards, my 1st love!!! I upload many of my creations to Facebook, go ahead and add me as a friend to view my creations :) I love to take this opportunity to thank the KinderStampO team to give me this chance to continue my love for crafting with them! Can't wait to get my hands on those stamps!!!

Inspire: I find inspiration from magazines, the internet and simply everywhere around me!!! I wish I had more time to create!! I hope that my creations are able to inspire others that visit the KinderStampO blog!!!
